We have just been introduced to the Leadership Training Library, which is now a part of the lds.org website. This is a dream com true for many of us. During our meetings in October, we encouraged all membership to obtain a copy of Principles of Leadership Teacher's Manual for Religion 180 R. This manual teaches all of the things we need to know to be useful servant leaders. Since these principles are eternal in nature, they apply to all of our interactions with the children of our Heavenly Father. Now, with the Leadership Training Library, the church is providing us with videos and sound bites that can help us receive a testimony of the importance of these concepts.
This year we are challenging our FSOS members to focus on leadership of the one, whether it is ourselves or those we are called upon to work with and serve. The Leadership Training Library has a short video on how to connect with people on a one to one basis. Anyone who is striving to improve in their leadership will be blessed as they spend just a few minutes with this wonderful new church resource. We encourage you to watch:

It's really important that everyone must be trained to become a good leader or it should be implemented in school so that the students will become a good leader someday somehow.
